CASABONA jewelry is produced with high-quality materials, so we are confident in supporting our products with unique warranty policies.
All CASABONA products are provided with a free lifetime manufacturer's warranty. In the event of any manufacturing defect, CASABONA will gladly repair your item free of charge, provided your item complies with the terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty.
All repair requests are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team before processing the request. If our quality support team determines that the damage has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you if CASABONA repair services are available at a cost or otherwise.
1.The warranty is eligible for manufacturing defects and does not cover deformations and damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized service or normal wear and tear.
2. The warranty is void if annual maintenance is not performed. If more than a year passes, the maintenance will have a cost and the jewelry will be under warranty again (rings and bands only). It is not the responsibility of our sellers to remind you of the expiration dates.
3. The warranty is void in all cases where the item has been modified in any way, including engraving, resizing or repair by a third party, such as another jeweler or person other than CASABONA.
4. If any part of the jewel (including but not limited to stones, chains, clips…etc) falls off, it must be returned together with its parts, before any attempt at repair. CASABONA is not responsible for missing parts or stones, but does offer the option of replacement at reasonable prices.
5. The lifetime warranty is non-transferable to a third party.
The manufacturing warranty does not cover the following:
- Scratches, dents or chips caused by general wear and tear or misuse.
- Bent, trapped, or worn components that allow a stone to fall out or be lost through neglect or other damage.
- Lost or stolen stone(s).
- Items that have been damaged or worn through normal, everyday use.
Please note that the following issues are item characteristics and cannot be considered as defects:
- Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship
- Natural characteristics of the metal or gemstones (such as color, internal inclusions, etc.)
At Casabona we DO NOT accept returns.
En CASABONA damos la opción de grabado en forma gratuita en todas las Argollas de Matrimonio. Si Usted requiere de grabado en un producto que no lo otorga gratuitamente, lo haremos con mucho gusto por una pequeña tarifa de $8000. No incluye el envío.
La entrega estándar de su pedido es Gratuita en todo el territorio nacional, sobre la red de despachos de Chilexpress.
CASABONA no cubre los costes de envío de los productos devueltos o en reparaciones.
A la hora de hacer el pedido, Ud. va a recibir un Tiempo Estimado de Entrega. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que el Tiempo Estimado de Entrega no es tiempo garantizado de entrega de su pedido. El tiempo se calcula automáticamente a base del tiempo total necesario para el tratamiento de su pedido, su producción, así como el proceso y dirección de entrega.
CASABONA no asume la responsabilidad por entregas retrasadas a áreas por demoras en aeropuertos o lineas áereas.
CASABONA asume y paga un seguro de envío propio de Chilexpress, el que en caso de perdida o robo, cubre la totalidad de la pieza.
CASABONA no incluye dentro del envío gratuito los envíos de devoluciones o reparaciones.
Garantías de envío
El servicio de envíos en la PROVINCIA DE SANTIAGO es prestado exclusivamente por personal de CASABONA, lo que garantiza el cumplimiento de plazos en su totalidad.
El servicio de envíos fuera de la provincia de Santiago, es externalizado por medio de Chilexpress. El envío se ejecuta dentro de los plazos estipulados.
Las demoras o atrasos en las entregas por medio de Chilexpress, son exclusiva responsabilidad de la compañía de Courier y no son responsabilidad de CASABONA.
En caso de atraso en la entrega de la compañía de Courier.
Luego de 5 días hábiles de retraso, se comienza con el reclamo interno a Chilexpress.
Luego de 10 días de retraso, se comienza con una nueva manufactura del producto, con el objetivo de poder hacer llegar a vuestras manos lo antes posible tus piezas de joyería, pese a la incidencia.
Ya con el producto manufacturado, se evalúa el canal de envío y se cancela el envío anterior, a fin de que pese a la incidencia vuelva a CASABONA.
